Q1: What is tipping?
» Each offer has a required minimum number of purchasers. If not enough people join in, the offer is canceled (your card won't be charged) and no one gets the offer...so invite your friends to ensure you don't miss out on the offer you like!

Q2: I placed an order for an offer, but I haven’t received it yet.
» Please check your "My Offers" section of your profile pages. If you are unsatisfied with the information you find, please contact us.

Q3: I lost my password.
» Proceed with signing up and click on the "Forgotten Password?" link. You will be walked you through the steps to access your account.

Q4: I lost my password and can’t remember my email address.
» Our user privacy guidelines restrict us from giving private information through other means. If you are looking to place an order or use our tools you may register a new account with an alternative email address.

Q5: I have a suggestion...
» We are so excited that you are willing to share your input with us! The best way to do this is to email us over here and we will be in touch with you very soon.

Q6: I am a journalist and I am interested in talking about Bookperk.
» Please ask us for our press kit and supply us the URL for the publication you work for on our online contact form and we will send this to you shortly.

Q7: Do you have gift certificates?
» No, but we will email our subscribers if we make that service available.

Q8: What are your payment options?
» We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Q9: I live abroad, but I can’t seem to be able to place my order with you.
» Thank you for your interest. We do not currently operate outside the US. If this is something you are interested in, please make this suggestion via our online contact form, we love hearing what our users need!

Q10: I want to unsubscribe to the newsletter, how do I do that?
» Open one of the newsletter emails that you received. Click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom and you are done! We are sorry to see you go, if you have any suggestions on how to make our site better, please let us know here.

Q11: How do I find out about the offers you have?
» Go ahead and sign up for our newsletter and you will never miss a new offer again! The newsletter sign up is in the orange box right below the bookperk logo on our homepage.

Q12: How does the referral program work?
» By sending referrals to your friends and family, you can earn money to spend on Bookperk. You can send as many referrals as you like.
» Get $10 of Bookperk credit the first time a user you've referred makes a purchase on Bookperk. Example: If a user refers 20 friends and 17 make a purchase, then that user will have 17 x 10 = $170 worth of credit on Bookperk.
» Invited users must spend a minimum of $10 for the referrer to obtain the associated referral discount.
» Bookperk credit can be used within one year.
